Almost 2.5 years ago I decided it was time for a REAL change. I was tired of feeling “blah” I was tired of “faking the energy” and to be honest I was tired of the scale going up up up!!

Little did I know that when I made that decision to call “that guy” how much would change in my life. Had no idea how much it would impact my life!! Feeling the way we feel every morning compared to mornings before is non-comparable!!

So happy that we both are enjoying having our health back and so glad that we decided to “try” this program!!
