𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺, 𝗶𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀 𝘂𝗽.

(We like to give $25 in wellness credits for referrals. You can also choose to give $25 in credits to the friend they referred. This helps them to get started and to choose you as their coach since they’re getting a credit from you )

  • How to Add the credit:

  • Log In to your Optavia account

  • Click “shop” (or hover over “shop”)

  • Go to “Coach Store”

  • Left hand side of the screen click “wellness credit”

  • Click “view Details” under the wellness credit picture

  • In the box with the “1” replace it with the number of credits you are applying - example: 25 or 50

  • In the Client ID box type or paste your new clients ID #

  • Click “add to cart”

  • Click “checkout”

  • Go through the check out process and submit the order

  • You have now added the credits to your new client

  • How to get them added to your new clients order:

  • You will want to make sure the credits are applied before finishing your new clients order

  • Click “my account” and make sure you see the wellness credit there

  • You might need to refresh the page until you see it

  • If you don’t see “my account” at the top of the screen then you can always click the OPTAVIA logo then click “log in”, it will immediately take you to your new clients “my account page”

  • Once you see the credits appear for your new client then you can click the cart, click “check out” – double check the order and proceed with finishing ordering for your new client. The credit will apply to the final total

  • IMPORTANT … It is often helpful when ordering for new clients to use two different web browsers on your computer. Example: Chrome for new clients and Safari for your account.

  • Optavia remembers history and stores “cookies” – if you don't use two web browsers then make sure you are not logged into your account when you create a new client account or add credit. Just make sure you are always on the right account.

  • Your coach can help you with this. Be sure to reach out if you’re not sure before clicking “submit”. An order cannot be retracted once it is submitted.
